Charting

What are you guys using for your charting software?

  1. Hey Jason, sorry for the delayed response but I use Worden's telechart. I think I paid like $800 for the entire year... I think I'll be switching over to another more day-trading friendly software once my subscription is over like eSignal. I really like the Worden though.

  2. I use magic charts. This is a free charting package with lightspeed.

  3. I don't know what to use. My futures account has a platform for $25 a month but I'm not thinking I'll be using it enough to warrant paying for it, not just yet anyway. I knew eSignal was kind of expensive.

Mark, is Worden a software package that is geared towards day trading? I hadn't heard of them before.

Dom, is lightspeed a yearly subscription?

  4. No, Lightspeed is a trading platform that is free if you are trading with lightspeed. You still have to pay for data feeds though.

  5. Ummm... I wouldn't say that Worden is a day trader's choice of charting software probably more attractive for swing traders. I do you it to closely watch 5 minute charts. They offer a great product and I would be sad to have to move away but if I can get an alert program coupled with charting software...

    Hope that helps.
