NOK; bottom calling

What do you think about this trade moving forward? Stumbled on this one from ONN.TV which I guess was featured on Fast Money with Tim Seymour thinking that $12.25 was the bottom and that the stock trades higher from here. Apparently Karen Finerman didn't agree but looks like the stock may be at the bottom of a long-term channel.

Will wait for more information but on my radar...

  1. It looks like it could be an interesting play. It currently trades at 15 x earnings with estimates for 2009 at $0.86 er share. Estimates for 2010 are $1.02 giving it a p/e of about 12. Although it looks interesting there may be better names in this sector to play. I like RIMM better. But I will take closer look tonight at the options.

  2. Great fundamental insight thanX Dom. Will watch to see what happens. May nibble on a small stock position with a tight stop at $12.20'ish just to be involved.
